/about

Bogotá - Colombia, 1991

Industrial Designer from La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

As a designer, I strongly believe that design does not lie in the object itself, but in the activity and interaction that proposes; that the craft of the designer is not in the production of objects, but in thinking of complex problems and solving them with simple and viable solutions; in the ability to imagine future scenarios and making them real. Because the world does not need more objects, it needs more dreams, more strategies, and more actions.

There´s a subtle but meaningful difference between designing a flower vase and designing an object that contains flowers.
